First Conversation & Residence Tour
Reach out via WhatsApp, phone, or our website. We discuss your parent's current situation and invite you to tour our Sector 57 residence in person (or via live video tour for families abroad). We answer all your questions about fees, food, and medical protocols.
Complimentary Clinical Assessment
Our Head of Nursing, Sister Mary, meets your parent—at home, at the hospital bedside, or at our residence. We assess cognitive status, mobility, medication schedules, dietary needs, and personal daily preferences with warmth and sensitivity.
Personalized Care Plan & Room Selection
We formulate a tailored care plan matching your parent's exact requirements, select the preferred room (private suite or companion room), and confirm transparent itemized monthly pricing. No long-term lock-in contract is required.
Move-In Day & 14-Day Settling-In Period
On move-in day, we welcome your parent with warm tea and settle them into their room decorated with familiar family photographs and cherished personal items. Our caregivers provide continuous one-on-one companionship during their first two weeks to help them feel at home.
